displaying wrong rank in stats

Question

For some reason apex is displaying the wrong rank in my stats, im currently masters but it displays that im still Diamond 2 in my stats. Does anyone have a fix for this?

In Season 16 ranked I grinded to get number 352 pred (screenshot was a day old hence number difference)

However I logged onto my account in the new split all my friends have the same visual bug as me that they were all number 0 pred?

Upon restarting our games numerous times they all got their respective pred numbers our master rp however mine never fixed. I would actually like to recieve the correct pred rewards does this get fixed?

@herefortheoofs I finished diamond 4 but it’s showing gold 2 and it put me in silver
