I've been getting this error like after every match, sometimes randomly. any idea why is this happening?

Let's take a look and see if we can fix that error for you here. First, have you been able to try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click the game in your Origin Library you should see a Repair option in the menu.
Let me know if it keeps giving you the same error message after that.
