EA Account Hacked And Banned For Fraud??? EA Support Is No Help!

So, my EA account was totally hammered for "fraud" on September 16th 2022, I've been trying to dispute this for years now and I'm not happy, I realized that my account was hacked and whoever was in it tried to charge the card I had on file from a different location for a high amount, I was then handed this email not knowing what happened until now. The TOS Team will NOT REMOVE THE BAN, AND WILL NOT HELP ME AT ALL!!! I'm mad because I had the heirloom for Valkyrie, and her birthright bundle. What do I do? I can't even transfer the progress.

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been experiencing with your EA account. I understand how frustrating it must be to lose access to your account and the progress you've made.Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to alter decisions made by the Terms of Service team. Their decisions are final and binding, based on the information and evidence available to them at the time of their review.

    @TheEvilWithin Before anyone at all says that I need to contact EA support and submit a case and stuff, don't. I have been trying since September 16th 2022.
