Ea app

Hey this my first post here so bear with me but I have this problem with apex. Whenever I try to boot up the game from steam everything goes normally until the loading screen it just infinitely loads and the circle never stops I’m actually going insane trying to fix this I feel like I’ve looked through thousands of forums trying to find the answer but i can’t fix it. I do want to note that I cannot load the ea app on my pc as well I don’t know if there is a correlation between the two but any help would be greatly appreciated
