Ea credentials expired
Hello. I can’t access any of the EA online stuff. Whenever I try to it tells me my EA credentials have expired. I scan the QR code, and reset password but nothing changes. Same error. When I login to my EA it says I don’t have any connected accounts. So I’m just in a constant cycle between the two. Anyone help please?
The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues. It sounds like you need to contact EA directly to get help with this one.
