Hello,
Thank you for the detailed response. However I would like to clarify a few things. If you say that a EA account would have to been made when launching APEX LEGENDS or BF4 or BFV or any EA game I would have a trace of that signing up in my emails right ? Yet I have access to all my emails since I was a kid, and can not find any traces of a EA account being created other than the one im using right now (that exists since 2012 - way before having any PC).
For recovering the old account I would love to be able to do that but when speaking to support they seem to not have any other option than unlinking from all platforms before resetting the account. If there is a way i would be delighted.
Finally I really am sure that the EA account used on PSN was this one, why would I have one since 2012 if it wasnt for games I was playing on PS3 - PS4. But then again it would of been deactivated I guess ? Is there any way possible to check what EA account was used on PSN when playing apex of BF or any EA game on PS ?

Hey again JibbyJabb,
We wouldn't be able to provide any account information here on the forums, however it does look like the email used for the other account prior to being deactivated was different than the one being used for this account. That's also not something support would be able to share until they've verified the account itself, but if you can think of any other emails that may have been used in the past, it might be good to have those on hand for this next part.
It's very possible someone else may have gained access to the account at some point after you stopped playing and changed the email again (which may very well be a reason it was disabled, to keep them from accessing it further), so it might be worth trying to recover this as a hacked account rather than a disabled one.
If you try creating a new case here and selecting Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account instead, the team can pull up the account with your PSN and try verifying some other details about the original information and hopefully have some better luck getting that email updated without unlinking the PSN and losing access to that progress.
Just to reiterate that even in this best-case scenario where the older account can be updated, there still will not be a way to transfer or combine that progress with the new account I'm afraid.
