Hello! Does anybody knows how much days should I wait for a problem that can be resolved in some hours but I get to wait for almost 2 weeks and still nothing?

Community Manager@marioggttt If you have already made a case through EA Help you may just have to wait for a response I'm afraid as we aren't able to help with account related issues here on the forums.
You should be able to resume your case to contact support again for an update.
