ea support case not working

hello i am trying to currently report these players for being toxic and I've been trying to create a case but after I click "Email us" it doesn't load the next page and its stuck on the loading scree...

    Hey @Welcome2Season14,

    This form would be the only alternative to reporting someone if you hadn't gotten the chance to do so in-game. 

    If you're not getting that to submit properly, it may help to clear your browser cache and cookies if you've already tried the steps @BigSnicks mentioned above.
