EA tells me that my account was banned when I never was

I downloaded Apex for my pc through the EA app, and when i logged in, it tells me that I was banned. I've only ever played Apex on my Xbox one console, and wanted to try it out on pc. After I've logged in to Apex, it shows a popup saying that my account was banned, but when I went to check the penalty history, I've never had any infractions. I haven't found a way to contact EA support since I cannot submit an appeal for a ban that never happened. Does anybody know how I can fix this??
