Extreme Neon Textures and Boxes?????

Hello,

A few days ago I was in a game, and all of a sudden the entire game screen shifted to a crazy neon green textures and boxes on my screen. 

See the attached craziness to get an idea. I have no idea how this happened, but it is present in the lobby and went I restart Apex/my laptop. 

It occasionally flashes away for a second or two but then comes back. 

GeForce drivers are up to date, etc, and again, everything was working perfectly fine beforehand. Running on an Aero 15 laptop. 

Please help me resolve this issue as the game is completely unplayable!
