False ban, even after appealing.
Hello EA community, a few days ago I was banned for Apex Legends, this came as a confusing moment for two reasons, one because I do not, even did, and never will cheat. The other is because I am absolutely rubbish at Apex Legends with a horrifically low K/D ratio and horrible gameplay.
I thought this would be a simple process, I appeal it and go back to playing. I send the appeal, the answer back is they believe they took correct action, even though I did not cheat.
I sent a second appeal adding I would like to see why they think I was cheating. I do not understand how I can possibly be thought as a cheater, so I sent it and later got back the message they still believe I am cheating and will not provide any details at all on how, why, or anything on why.
I have no idea what to do with this. I was not cheating and I am denied the ability to even know why this is thought.
With no options at all, I post here hoping there is some kind of way I can be unbanned and continue playing Apex Legends.

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3 times.
