False Ban

i also got a false ban. the apex team is relentlessly ignoring the situation saying there is "no bug" when clearly a large majority of players are coming here for answers, no responses on twitter, no help

Yup. I randomly got banned for 'Gameplay enhancements', never cheated in my life and its so frustrating as I keep getting automated responses, I dont even know how to cheat and if i ask i get directed to a useless appeals team. I cant do anything and they wont let me prove my innocence through something like a pc check.

My account hasn’t been used for a long time, but today when I logged into my Apex, I found that my account was banned.
