FC Points bought in Microsoft store never arrived
Hey Everyone.
I bought 5900 fc points(costs 44 euros) in Microsoft storeon January 19th and its already been deducted from my bank account but it never appeared on my ingame balance.
I went through all the EA help solutions but still it is missing.
I contacted Xbox service, they said only EA can help.
I’ve read that with the proof of purchase I can contact EA help and they can solve it.
Apparently they kept saying I have already received the points, but it never really arrived.
I exchanged more than 10 emails with them but it was always the same reply. Not willing to help just repeating the same even though I sent them all the necessary information.
How can I get in contact with someone who can check my ingame activities as a proof Ive never used those points?
It really bothers me that they cant understand the information Ive provided.
It is really frustrating. When I opted for a refund they simply denied it.
How can such a company do such things with their customers?
