Frame rate issues from Alpha Transparencies/Particles.

Late answer but it's GPU since rest of my components are not bound.

I have a new System now(RX Vega 56) but the same issue persists on every single PC, including my friends (RTX 3070) which has 300fps and then drops to 224 or even worse when any sort of transparency shows up, Wraith ULT, Horizon ULT, Wattson ULT/Fences sometimes, in both DX11 and DX12 beta this is s reoccurring issue.

I haven't had this issue in Titanfall 2 which uses the same engine.
