Friends List Online, Offline
So I have my friends added on Apex Legends but I only see them while they're online, when they're offline you should see them as "offline" but they're not even there. It's like I don't even have them...

Can we try some troubleshooting to see if we can help fix this here? When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still not seeing your friends after that check out the platform-specific steps as well:

Can we also try setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that helps? I've seen cases in the past where that can make a difference.
You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. You can find more details on how to get there at the Microsoft Support website. If you choose the Manual option you'll be able to enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually go with the public Google DNS (Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but if there's a different one you'd rather use instead that's OK as well.
