Game Crash

Hello, I'm having trouble connecting to the game. Every time I load the lobby, it crashes after about half a minute and says "Connection to server timed out". I've tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game, trying to reconfigure the internet in different ways, and I've even talked to the provider, but this error pops up every time. Even though my internet connection is fine.
