Game freezes during the new waiting screen when match is starting

It's doing the same thing with all modes for me I cant even play apex right now , I was so excited for this update...

If you have an NVIDIA driver installed, then look for the latest driver updates, install them and restart your computer.

I've experienced the same issue, but this solution should solve the freezing issue.

I'm having the same problem after updating NVIDIA drivers and restarting! Any other suggestions?

I'm on a ps4 I cant change any of that

Yup, this is happening to me too

I've got video of the game freezing up 5 times (can easily record more)

Same for me, 5 times started to play 5 times game crashes.
