Game stuck on loading screen

Yesterday the game would launch, but wouldn't get to the play button- I'd get an error message, couldn't connect to servers etc etc. Today I can't even get to that, it's just the initial loading screen with "Amped" and Valk/Octane.

I've tried:

-Verifying game files on Steam

-Reinstalling the game

-Installing on EA instead of Steam

-Disabled overlays (Discord, Xbox, Overwolf etc)

-Running Steam as admin/Running Apex as admin

-Uninstalling and reinstalling EAC

-Rebooting PC and router, of course

A few other things that I can't remember as I type this. Anyone have any ideas?
