Game well not run over 30fps after todays patch

So after todays patch im no longer able to play apex the game well not run over 30fps when im in a game well not even run over 40fps when im in the menu before the update I would run 60-70 something fps while in game none of my settings have changed since the update nothing about my hardware has changed all my settings are on low I was playing till past 2 in the morning last night wake up today update go to play and its not playable other people on team asked if server was lagging so I know its happening to others too
