Game wont start

Hello, I need help with Apex Legends on PC. After the latest update, the game starts, shows the intro, and then crashes immediately with no error message. I play through Steam. I already verified f...

Go to C:\YourUserName\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex
Rename profile folder to folder.bak
Rename local folder to local.bak
it forces the game to recreate those folders.
The game should work after that.

I'm having an issue where Apex Legends crashes immediately after launching from Steam. It doesn't show an error message—it just closes.

What I've already tried:
- Verified game files in Steam
- Reinstalled Apex Legends
- Reinstalled Steam
- Updated GPU drivers (automatic and manual installation)
- Repaired Easy Anti-Cheat
- Ran Steam and Apex as Administrator

PC specs:
CPU:intel core i5 14400f
GPU:nvidia geforce rtx 4060ti

RAM: 32gb ddr5
Windows version:11

The attached video shows exactly what happens when I launch the game.

If anyone has experienced this before or has any ideas, I'd really appreciate the help.
