If anyone has encountered a similar problem, please write back and attach screenshots of your transactions into APEX via Steam or smth which were canceled after a server failure!
My case.
It all started with server problems on April. I came in the evening to buy apex coins. The time and date of purchase in the screenshots (purchase history via Steam). I decided to purchase 3 packages of 11,500 coins. After a successful purchase, I went to bed. In the morning, coins disappeared from my account due to a failure on the server, which I knew nothing about at that time. Seeing that I was not the only one with problem due to a server failure, I calmly waited for the apex coins to be returned to my account. But on April 8-9, only 23,000 apex coins were returned to me. I started trying to contact support or find help on the forum. In live chat they told me we couldn’t help with that problem. On the forum, support wrote that there was no news about update related to my problem. In cases it’s the same, there’s no help. They just check if I have access to my email and account. As a result, almost a month has passed since the failure and my apex coins have not been returned to me.

Im use Steam to login into APEX.
I reinstalled the game.
I logged into APEX through the EA launcher.
No advice helped me.
