Gift card redeemed but no coins received

I purchased an apex coin card on Amazon and it says I redeemed it but I have tried on steam, ea, and origin and it doesn’t show up on any of them. So I don’t know what to do now.

About two weeks ago I used a redeem code but did not receive any Apex coins. I know my account information was correct. I only play on PC and logged in the game through EA and Steam

Hello, it's my first time writing a complaint so don't judge.

The issue is, I bough APEX Coins on Instant Gaming (due cheaper option) and APEX Coins were for EA Account but my EA Account is banned but it's linked to Steam and I can play APEX normaly without any issues, but for some reason my transaction won't come trough. When I went to redeem the code on EA Account it was all okey but I still didn't got them in my Steam account. 

Now I don't see why is that an issue since cross-proggresion is enabled and I did link both of them and enabled two-factor. All things add up and match each other and only thing missing is APEX Coins in my game.

Any further help would be nice!

Amazon said they aren't able to help with the code redeeming, because they are only the distributors. I still have proof that I bought the actual gift card, and they also don't do refunds on giftcards anymore. I have the code and the order details of the giftcard, will that be enough for them to credit my account? This is the first time where I have this much trouble redeeming giftcards on a game. I even bought another card to make sure, and it still didn't work. The card worked, saying that the card has been redeemed on the ea redemption page, but when I actually check the game it doesn't show the currency added, and it says the card has already been redeemed after trying to redeem the card again.

If it's been more than 24 hours as you mentioned and the coins still have not appeared on the account, you'll need to reach back out to the retailer.

We cannot assist if the code was purchased from an unauthorized retailer, as described more in our article here: Where to buy EA digital download games and virtual currency

Unfortunately it doesn't appear the site you used is a trusted retailer, so you'll need to get back in touch with them regarding the code you received.
