greyed out buttons

All buttons except play and Club are greyed out, And I only have access to "starter legends" and no skins. How can I fix?

Do you play on console? And if so, have you recently unlinked and then relinked your console account to another EA account?

Can you please let me know the fix, i am fed up mailing EA help and not recieving any fix for it. Its been more than 20 days now i am facing this issue
