i have been able to make the ticket but no one has anwsered me so far this is what happens everytime the ticket actually goes through no one anwsers and then it gets closed

Can you please confirm whether you've followed the steps below:

Click on this web form link

Select 'Compromised EA Account' as the issue and populate the rest of the forum

Wait to be redirected, then under Contact an advisor, select 'Chat with us'
