hacker spent heirloom shards on my account
so i play on console but someone logged into my account on pc and spent heirloom shards i had, i didn’t even know someone was on my account as my friends barely play the game and i only got notified when they made a purchase on my account, ive spent so much time and so much money on the account and im wondering if there’s a way anyone can remove the heirloom (cold steel) from my account and give me heirloom shards or just swap it for the raptors claw please 🙏🏻 i’ve provided proof i have the heirloom
As annoying as it is, there really isn't anything that can be done. Heirloom refunds aren't really being granted and I sadly don't think they'll change this anytime soon. Per the EA Terms of Service you are responsible for all/any activity on your account, hence why it's really important to keep your account secure.
What can be learned from this is to practice proper account security, I'd personally recommend taking a look at some of the security newsletters that have been published on these forums, which gives a lot of tips and insights on how to keep your account safe.
