Haven't been able to play for nearly a year
Unresolved Account Issue Since Ban Removal
Dear EA
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution regarding my account issue, which has now persisted for nearly a year.
In November last year, my account was suddenly banned without explanation. I immediately raised this issue, and while the ban was promptly removed, no reason was ever given. Since then, I have been completely unable to play the game properly. Specifically:
1.I am permanently stuck in the “matching” screen.
2.The system always shows only one player.
3.I cannot even access the practice range.
I have already tried every possible troubleshooting step, including reinstalling the game and even reinstalling my entire operating system. The issue is clearly not on my side.
I have reported this problem multiple times, yet I have received no meaningful response or solution from your team. This level of support is unacceptable.
If this problem is not properly addressed soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further, including making this situation public and seeking external assistance.
I strongly urge you to take this case seriously, investigate it thoroughly, and provide me with a concrete solution as soon as possible.
