4k badge not earned

Hi EA, a friend of mine received over 4k damage in wildcard however the badge and damage was not registered on her account. 

She has been left rather upset about this having tried grinded for hours on end. 

Any chance y'all can confirm if 4k's are still earnable through the event still or have they been removed. And if not is there a way to help her. She has pictures of the damage done as proof if required.
