Having to sign in to my ea account daily

For the past week now ive been needing to sign into my ea account when i open apex on steam. I have reset my password, reset my 2fa, and removed all connected steam devices and i still have to log back into ea every single day. its been getting really annoying at this point since i didnt change anything when it started happening, and it was working for well over a year since i last made any changes to my ea account
