Hel me for the love of god EA youre customer serivce sucks!!!

This so frustrating to Deal with ea, stop AUTOMATING youre ban appeal case responses, Ive subbmited 10 freaking 10cases and i still have not been unbanned It dosent matter how many evedence I provide...

    Hey ItsaboyQ​,

    I understand you don't want a reply from CMs here, however I do need to clarify a couple points you've made. 

    Ban appeals are not automated. Each appeal you submit is reviewed by a different member of the Terms of Service team until you've reached the point where they say they've completed all possible reviews and not to expect further responses. They rely on the evidence we can verify in our own records to determine whether an action was taken correctly. While you're welcome to submit additional details, if our records indicate something else took place, that is what would determine their final decision.

    After that point, no more reviews will be performed as the issue would have been confirmed in our records by multiple different people on the ToS team. Once that is the case, the decision is final and cannot be changed through any other channels I'm afraid, including the forums.
