Help getting into my old account

Question

I used to play Apex a lot on my PS4, and now, after about two years, I want to keep playing on the same account because I have a lot of items on it. The problem is I no longer have access to the iCloud account I used to create my EA Account. The same goes for that PS4. So, I'm stuck in this limbo where I can't change my email and can't continue on my recognized device. The funny thing is I'm typing this using that same account. I just can't log in to it on my PC. Is my account lost?

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that. I can understand why this feels like limbo, especially if the old iCloud account and the old PS4 are both no longer available.
Your account may not be lost, but this isn’t something that can really be fixed from the forums.&nbsp; If you no longer have access to the email on the account and can’t use a connected account or recognized device, the next step is to contact our support team so they can try to recover the account. It would be helpful to have the original email on the account, any linked usernames like your PSN ID, and any purchase or invoice details you still have.
