Help me fix this ea
Hello so a couple years ago pan banned my account when their restrictions where strict but I was able to link my gmail to another account before the merge thinking it would help get me my 3 heirlooms my 36k crafting but it sadly didint and I want to know how to get it back

Missing content after Cross Progression
There are a few reasons your content might be missing after Cross Progression.
- If you had more than one EA Account before Cross Progression, these accounts weren’t merged. Your content will stay on the EA Account you bought or earned it on and can’t be transferred to a different EA Account.
- If one of your platform accounts was previously banned, content from that account won’t have transferred in the Cross Progression merge.
- If you had more than one Apex Legends account before Cross Progression, you may have lost content from your lower-level accounts.
