Help with accessing game

Hey so my game just randomly glitched after one game of mixtape today. The whole game froze and wouldn’t allow me to exit. I have tried to check my Internet connection, restarted my Xbox multiple times, shutdown and turned off at the wall, looking up the error codes to find a fix and I’m at a loss as to what is causing this issue. I am online so have wifi connectivity and can be sent requests to play, however the game looks like it’s in a completely different mode - all of the load in screen words are different with # for example the title of the season says #BOOT_SEASON_NAME - this has been going on for almost 6 hours with no resolution.
