High Cpu usage and low Gpu usage split two apex season 24

Hi I've been having issues with my pc and I thought maybe its a windows issue or a driver but I think its apex itself as I'm having high cpu usage about 50% is my max and it use to be like 20 to 30 maybe even less but its not I've also noticed the gpu has fallen to about 80% which is the max I've seen it and here and there sometimes they spike to 100% both of them not at the same time and sometimes this causes my game to freeze for a couple seconds and it makes my whole pc freeze now before the update a few weeks ago for split two it was fine I had normal cpu usage and gpu usage but now its very bad as it could be damaging my cpu even more since I have a 13700k and I've already got a warranty replacement which turns out it was your game but it was the game that might of killed it I also have a 4070 so I should get max 299 fps at 1440p most of the time and before this issue appeared I would also like to say this could be an NVidia driver issue and maybe a windows 11 24h2 this also could be an intel thing only or a bug from adding the capability of the new intel lunar lake ultra CPU's coding which could be causing this and inflicting on older intel cpu's but I don't know ill have to test it out more in other games to see if it is just apex but I have because Minecraft was low cpu usage and so was dead by daylight so its an apex issue I'm pretty sure

I'm also using dx11 as its more stabile then dx12 and I preferer dx11 performance over dx12 so idk if dx11 is having issues ?
