High latency/ping making game unplayable

It’s been happening for 2 weeks now, at first I thought it was my internet but after checking it, restarting it over and over again it seems to not be the case as my internet is completely fine on other games other than apex. I play with wired connection. During a game or even when jumping out my game becomes unplayable as the game would freeze for a while then allows me to move for atleast 2 seconds then freezes again. After a game i can’t even leave I’m just stuck on “connecting to lobby” so I have to restart the game.

I play on Xbox aswell
