a lot of people are having this issue right now but ive yet to see anyone get a reply from EA about it.
Ive been waiting 7 days for mine after being banned for cheating in a 12 hour span where I wasn't even playing the game. Right after buying the battlepass because I just never learn nto to give this company my money.
So far I have submitted screenshots of my stats (Theyre really bad, definitely not the stats of someone who cheats lol) and told them I wasn't playing at the time. I can provide names of those I play with who can also vouch for me that I dont cheat.
Best case scenario is theyre gathering a casefile themselves to see whats happening to all these people being falsely banned.
