How do I explain I got falsely banned on Apex Legends

I didn't know how else to word the title, but a while ago I got banned from my apex legends account, I sent in a support ticket asking why, because I haven't done anything against the rules. Two hour...

@xlittlemacaroni 3 days pfss. im trying to reach them for 10 days. me and lots of player get client ban. if you not apex for a while and try to play again on steam it bans you but not like a cheat ban you can enter training even fire range but not to a match it says " this client account has banned : banned " stupid company still waiting for them to do 2 second job
