Community ManagerSorry to say @Fluid-Flaire but the rewards can only be redeemed on an account once. If you share an account with your brother and he has already used the rewards then you will be unable to receive them again.

What do I do if my account says I have the "swimming buddy" Pathfinder skin claimed. And yet it doesn't show up in my game. Literally it just isn't there but it says it's claimed. And I have other twitch prime loot it's just this one that doesn't appear.
Community ManagerHey @TitledAsh36 have you checked your various skins to see if the item is there and you may have simply have missed it?
99 times out of a 100 when this issue pops up it's simply a case that the skin was there but overlooked.

Sadly it is not there. Which really sucks cuz I just got a job as a lifeguard lol so it can be me cuz I'm a path/ wattson main. I looked through all the skins. Its not there. I guess I'm out of luck. Sad face.
