If you've already sent in an appeal to our Terms of Service team, you've done the right thing to have it looked into and it's now a matter of waiting to hear back from them. Head to help.ea.com and select 'Contact us' to start filling out a help ticket for them and choose from the available contact options that pop up. The support team will take a look at the case to better understand what might be happening for you from there.
