I'm having the same issue with prediction error every game.
What I've done:
Purchased new modem, currently on Comcast 1 Gig speed
UO Trace: Tests good everytime, no packet loss.
Speedtests, all good
Servers on the game show 0% packet loss.
But every game I have this problem. Been happening for a month now.
Did your manage to find a fix?
I also have same connection and speed.
