@fellix360 You need to try changing your ISP. On my provider, this error occurs a maximum of 1-2 times a week.
It is not ISP problem. People all over the world have this issue with different internet providers. Also remember - wherever you live 90% of cabling ISP uses is shared between them. Most if not all of the time they also go via the same central. The problem is on APEX side not on players side.
I loose at least 1 in 10 games due to this problem.
