I recently submitted an appeal regarding the ban on my Apex Legends account, and I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an issue that seems directly related to a possible hardware or IP restriction.
When I try to launch Apex Legends on my own PC through either the EA App or Steam, the game closes immediately after the intro video finishes. As soon as the Apex loading icon appears, the game shuts down with no error message. This happens consistently every time I attempt to launch it.
To rule out any local issues, I fully reset my PC and performed a completely fresh install of both the EA App and Apex Legends. Despite that, the problem persists. I also tested my account on a friend’s PC, where Apex is already installed, and the game launched perfectly with no crashes or interruptions. Because the account works normally on another device, it strongly suggests the issue is tied to my hardware or IP rather than the game files or the account itself.
With that in mind, I’m hoping to get clarification on what steps I need to take to have any hardware or IP ban lifted from my system. I’ve already completed the appeal process for the account ban, so I’m unsure whether additional action is required on my end to restore full access on my own PC.
Any guidance or next steps would be appreciated.

suprimtpm If there's a hardware ban, that tends to be permanent, (and unappealable).

Yeah I get that but why did I get the hardware ban because someone else accessed my account, not because I used any third‑party software or hardware myself. That’s why I’m confused about why my hardware and IP address were affected.
