I’ve been grinding nonstop and got knocked back down to bronze three

Me and my friends have been playing nonstop for the past three weeks. I finally made it to Plat three 100 RP away from platinum two the rank split happens today at 1 PM. I jump on my Xbox open my acc...

I logged in this morning to see my current rank for Split 2. It said Split 1 is Plat III and I start Split II as Gold III. But on the loading screen it was showing I was silver I. I then decided to restart the game to see if it was a glitch in which it now shows I was Gold III Split 1 and start at  Bronze III Split 2? Can this please be fixed.

    @thefox4955 Hit masters for it to say I only made it to plat 2 and reset to g4 * ridiculous
