I am getting 75ms in main menu and 270 in game

Please help me, i am getting less than 80 or 70 ms ping in menu but im getting 270+ms ping in games, but in very few matches i get less than 90 ms ping, whats the problem, I contacted my ISP they wanted me to get the reverse trace of my game's ip , i am in india
