I bought all of the event items and i have not received a bangalore prestige ski

So recently I bought all of the packs right before the given event ended on August 2nd. And as I was opening them the event ended and that's fine but I bought all the items and have not received my prestige skin. I've contacted support twice and they tell me that I'm not eligible because I do not have all the items in the given event when I send them video proof that I have all 40 event items what should I do
