Hey,
This pack was released long ago. When exactly did you buy it and have you unlinked/relinked your Steam account ever since? I bought it 4 days ago and have been looking all over ea support for help. I have not unlinked and or relinked my steam account
- @Snoopy_hoi Where did you buy the pack from? Because those kinds of packs are only around during the season its launched in.
In this instance, the Saviors pack was released in Season 13, so by Season 14, it would of been replaced by Season 14's pack, (which would be the Hunted pack).

Because there isnt a reason it shouldnt. Its a legitimate code, it shows up both in steam and in my ea purchases.
Interesting, a friend of mine also bought this and hasn't gotten a reward either.
@Snoopy_hoi Seeing how the pack was limited to a past season, it's possible the code had expired as the season it was linked to had passed. Also, Eneba is not a trusted digital code retailer, as such no support can be provided on the forums or by EA Help. So in this case, all you could do is to ask Eneba for a refund.
@SirTickler If your friend also had bought from an untrusted digital code retailer, all they could do is to ask the retailer they had bought the code from for a refund as well
