I cant buy apex coins on EA app

as you all know today the turkey server got a discount on EA app as i dont know why but i wanted to buy apex coins in discounted price cuz i live in turkey but it turns out that i cant as i get a message like "Your action cannot be processed

how can i fix it or whats stopping me from buying apex coins ? (i am sure there is money in the card and card def works on other platforms like steam)
