I can't change my in-game nickname on Steam

I changed my nickname before and I never had a problem like this but since the last week my in-game nickname doesn't change at all. I'm changing it on Steam, I can see my new nickname in the lobby but when I'm in a match, it still uses my old name. How can this be even possible? like, it should be working because like I said I can see it when I'm in the lobby. Any advice?

You can see the attachments, Rwyn is my previous nickname.

It's working in the lobby but in a match, or when I click on my name (on the featured banner) it shows the old one.

    Where are the so called helpers who warn me when I say something bad about respawn or ea when we really need help? This is my second post about this issue.
