I can't charge apex coins

I been trying to charge my account with apex coins but my card won't go through tried another card same issues tried contacting support but it keep telling my major error when I try to send email and when I try to open a case it redirects me to the main page again I need help and I seem unable to get it

And I use PC as my platform.

    @komradekat7 Need to contact your bank to verify your bank isn't flagging origin/steam as a false purchase.
    If all is good there, try other launcher (steam -> origin \ origin -> steam) if you have accounts linked to steam.

    Already contacted the bank and the confirmed that's not happening and in my region I can only charge through the game when I lunch it through EA app.
