I can't do cross progression

I've been playing Apexi on my PlayStation account since the first day it was released. Later, I bought an Xbox console, but I cannot make cross-progress because I use a new account with a different email address. You say that accounts opened with different email addresses will not merge. I have been playing Apex Legends for a long time and I have been waiting for this day for years, why is there such a deficiency? Why can't they combine memberships opened with different e-mail addresses? I think this will make me quit the game.

Please help me.

  • Hey @MuratOzctn,

Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.

Cross Progression just allows you to access the content on a single EA account with any platforms connected to that same account. It would not allow progress from two completely separate EA accounts to be combined.

If your Xbox account is still pretty new and doesn't have any content you'd mind losing, you could link your Xbox to the EA account that already has your PSN linked, which would then give you access to that PlayStation progress when playing on Xbox as well. It just would not bring over any progress from Xbox.

If you have progress on both EA accounts that you'd prefer not losing, then it would be best to keep the accounts separate as any unlinking will result in losing access to progress on one account or the other, unfortunately.
