I can't play Apex anymore

Since BF6 came out, I've been unable to access Apex Legends. I've also never been able to try BF6 due to connection issues, which you see in the attachment. It always stays in the loading screen before clicking to log in to the game. I've tried everything EA suggests, I've tried everything chatgpt tells me, and nothing works. I've reinstalled Apex twice and even Steam. WHAT THE HECK? Help me pls. 

I can't even open a ticket in EA.
